Sales Terms

1. Made-to-order model

Whuups does not hold inventory. Every item is produced on demand after a batch closes. A batch closes either when a minimum number of pieces for that product is sold, or at the monthly production cut-off date. whichever comes first. This allows us to avoid overproduction and waste.

2. Placing an order

Orders are placed through our Shopify checkout. When you complete payment, you receive an order confirmation. That confirmation means your order has been accepted into the current or next production batch.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown in the checkout. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the product page and include applicable taxes where indicated.

4. Production and fulfilment timing

Because products are made to order, we do not promise a fixed shipping date at checkout. Production begins once the batch closes. We will communicate timing updates by email as your order moves into production.

5. Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before your order enters production. Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible because the item is being made specifically for you.

6. Defects and returns

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or incorrect items. Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for size changes, change of mind or fit preferences. If you receive a defective item, contact us with your order number and photos within 14 days of delivery.

7. Personalization

Personalized items are produced with the text, number, placement and colour you select in the builder. Double-check your choices before checkout. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

8. Data ownership

All order and customer data collected during the purchase process remains the property of Intus Lab Inc. Shopify processes payment and order data on our behalf as a service provider.

9. Changes and updates

We may update these Sales Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
